Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026

1. Who we are

Astraed is a service operated by Yuno. These terms govern use of astraed.co and, in general, the purchase of the service. Each implementation is also governed by its own proposal and service agreement, which prevail over this document in the event of a conflict.

2. The service

Astraed designs, implements, customizes, hosts, and maintains private artificial intelligence platforms for organizations. The service includes selecting and integrating software components — including open-source software subject to its own licenses — and third-party AI models that operate under their respective providers’ terms.

3. Ownership of data and knowledge

Data, documents, knowledge bases, and conversations generated in a client deployment belong to the client. When the agreement ends, the client can export all of its information. Astraed does not use one client’s data to train models or provide services to other clients.

4. Responsibility for AI outputs

AI models produce drafts, summaries, and analyses that may contain errors. The client and its professionals are responsible for reviewing every output before use. Astraed does not provide professional advice of any kind — legal, financial, medical, or otherwise — and its copilots do not replace professional judgment.

5. Service levels and support

The scope of operations, monitoring, backups, updates, and support is defined in each client agreement, together with response times.

6. Payments

The service is billed as agreed in each proposal, typically through an implementation fee and a recurring operations fee. Infrastructure and model-provider costs are the client’s responsibility and are contracted in the client’s name.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service as provided in its agreement. Upon termination, Astraed delivers a complete export of the client’s information and transfers or removes access as directed by the client.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Astraed’s total liability is limited to amounts paid by the client during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Astraed is not liable for indirect damages or decisions based on unreviewed AI outputs.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the latest update date appears above. Changes do not affect agreements already in force.

10. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Questions: hello@astraed.co.
