Business functions
Each team, function, and region gets the AI environment approved for it — not the same setup for everyone.
The private AI stack for enterprises
Every function already uses AI on its own. We implement and operate one environment governed by your organization: approved models, permissioned internal knowledge, and records visible to leadership, security, and compliance.
Visible governance
Each function accesses the knowledge and models approved for it. Leadership, security, and compliance retain visibility into permissions and configuration.
Approved models, internal knowledge, and group permissions in one environment.
Business functions
Each team, function, and region gets the AI environment approved for it — not the same setup for everyone.
Internal information
Prompts, files, knowledge, retention, and routing aligned with the organization’s data policy.
Permissions and SSO
Corporate identity, groups, and role-based access mapped to how the organization actually works.
Oversight
Usage, access, routing, and configuration visible to leadership, security, compliance, and technology teams.
Trust is not a model specification sheet. It is knowing which team used which model, what data it reached, which controls applied, and who can review the work.
The pressure is already inside the organization
Procedures, analysis, operational drafts, reports, commercial materials, and internal knowledge.
Which tools are used, what data they touch, which models are approved, who has access, and where records are stored.
When that work moves into personal accounts, AI becomes harder to see precisely when the organization needs clear ownership. Astraed gives the enterprise one entry point its control teams can inspect.
Review
Before expanding AI across functions, security, compliance, and technology teams need to know where the system runs, how access is assigned, and which models are involved. Astraed delivers that package ready to use:
Astraed delivers a working department pilot and keeps it that way: implementation, customization, hosting, and operation within your organization’s policies.

Questions
No. We operate the AI stack alongside your IT and security teams: they define policy, identity, and infrastructure; we implement, integrate, and keep the AI layer running within that framework.
Yes. Administrators decide which models each group can see, so each function uses models permitted by its policy and vendor review — local, private, or hosted.
They remain in your organization’s deployment database and storage. They reach an external system only when your organization configures an external provider or integration.
Astraed. Installation, monitoring, backups, and updates are part of the service. If you have an IT team, we work within its policies; if you do not, one is not required.
A department pilot costs US$5,000. Monthly operation starts at US$1,500 for 10–20 users; volume pricing applies for 21–40. For more than 40 users, multiple business units, or an enterprise deployment, we prepare a proposal. The organization pays for its tokens directly to the provider or through Astraed at cost.
