Campus
Institution-approved AI assistance for faculties, libraries, labs, and administration.
The private AI stack for universities and research
Faculty, students, researchers, and libraries already bring AI into courses, labs, and drafts. We implement and operate an environment campus IT can deploy, inspect, and govern: approved models, institutional knowledge, and group-based access.
One environment, different contexts
Each faculty, course, or lab accesses the models and knowledge the institution approves, with central permissions and review.
Institutional knowledge and approved models, available by group.

Student and research data
Prompts, uploads, retention, and routing aligned with student privacy, research data requirements, and institutional review.
Group-based access
SSO and permissions by faculty, course, lab, or project — a seminar and a laboratory do not need the same setup.
Academic governance
One place where privacy, security, research computing, and academic technology teams can review usage.
Campus AI is not a one-classroom pilot. It crosses courses, labs, libraries, and the quiet systems that hold student and research data.
The pressure is already inside the campus
Course policies, literature reviews, research drafts, student support, library guides, and internal knowledge.
Which models are used, what data they can touch, who has access, where records are stored, and how academic workflows are reviewed.
When that work moves into personal accounts, AI becomes difficult to see precisely when the university needs visibility across teaching, research, and administration. Astraed gives the campus one entry point under institutional review.
Review
Before approving AI for teaching or research, privacy, IT, and review committees need to know where the system runs, what data it touches, and how access is assigned. Astraed delivers that package ready to use:
Astraed delivers a working faculty or department pilot and keeps it that way: implementation, customization, hosting, and operation under institutional review.

Questions
No. Astraed implements and operates the environment where the campus uses AI models. It should not be the sole basis for grading, admissions, advising, or research conclusions. Academic judgment remains with people.
Yes. Access can follow faculty, course, lab, or project boundaries, using models permitted by institutional review and data-use terms.
The environment centralizes access, knowledge sources, model visibility, and administrative review. It does not replace committee review, data-use agreements, or the judgment of responsible researchers.
Astraed. Installation, monitoring, backups, and updates are part of the service. If you have an IT team, we work within its policies; if you do not, one is not required.
A faculty or department pilot costs US$5,000. Monthly operation starts at US$1,500 for 10–20 users; volume pricing applies for 21–40. For more than 40 users, multiple faculties, or an institution-wide deployment, we prepare a proposal. The institution pays for its tokens directly to the provider or through Astraed at cost.
